I have seen a rash of students doing everything in their power to avoid coming to school. The parents are enabling the student in many cases by forging doctors notes or setting up home schooling. Anyone seeing this problem lately in your school? What has been your approach in regards to this issue?

How common is bullying with your students? Please post some exaples of things that have worked with students being bullyied.

How are your caseloads configured? Does each couselor have a specialty or do you utiulize the generalist approach?
